Original mahogany finish in truly excellent condition  New German Abel hammers fitted in 2007 by Michael Ashby NZ Steinway Trained Technician rated NZ’s best professional . (A $2000 plus upgrade at today’s costs). This instrument was chosen especially when new by a concert pianist and carefully maintained. Since then it has been carefully maintained and nurtured with regular tuning/voicing in a controlled humidity environment with the tone and performance enhanced by its upgrades.  An audition is a must for this quality instrument to appreciate the tone and performance respected by its peers.
